The senior developer will be part of a team working on a variety of projects and should be able to hit the ground running, have excellent communication skills, be a team player and able to multi-task assignments.   We are looking for someone who can fit into a small organization and take on multiple roles as required in order to complete assigned tasks.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience
• Documents technical and business requirements by working with the Business Analyst
• Excellent communication skills, results oriented, strong technical aptitude
• Proven ability to work effectively with senior technical and business management in a client facing role
• Strong client interfacing skills
• Excellent understanding of Windows enterprise development including .NET, VB, ASP, C#, messaging systems, ADO.NET, and Web Services 
• Highly skilled in Object-Oriented programming and multi-tier design; well versed in design patterns and familiarity with a formal SDLC and respective documentation
• Strong knowledge of XML, relational database modeling principles, and techniques with significant experience in Microsoft SQL Server, stored procedures, and SSIS 
• Actively participate in and lead application design sessions
• Provides technical guidance to other team members and devises technical solutions to promote business activities
• A BS in Computer Science or related field
• Working knowledge of data and application integration best practices and methods
• Able to travel 80 to 100 percent to client sites
