​We are seeking a self-motivated Front-End Developers proficient in Microsoft SharePoint in 2007\2010 and with a foundation in usability and visual design. Some out-of-state travel may be required. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer service focused.

Successful candidates will be pro-active, self-motivated people and excited about being a key member of a small and growing team.  This is a client facing leadership role.  If you do not enjoy interacting with clients or do not wish to be in a leadership position, this job will not be a good fit for you.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating and modifying site wireframes, site flows and mockups
• Creating markup (HTML/CSS/Javascript)
• Creating SharePoint Master Pages and Page Layouts
• Working on-site as project UI lead
• Working with development team members to implement solutions

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years related experience and/or training
• Advanced HTML and XHTML
• Advanced CSS, including cross browser support, layering, and positioning using floating DIVS
• Understanding of SharePoint 2007\2010 architecture Proficient with JavaScript and JQUERY
• Highly proficient with SharePoint Designer 2010 (Designer 2007 a plus)
•  Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Visio (Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Microsoft Expression a plus)
• Strong sense of design, layout, and typography
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness for some travel
