Key Projects

  1. Develop corporate branding and marketing materials
    1. Problem:  Other than a logo, Madico’s branding was inconsistent and needed to raise it’s awareness within its target market
    2. Solution:  We evaluated their brand and helped define and identify their corporate values, brand promise, brand character, and developed their corporate identity and skillfully reached their target market through an integrated marketing campaign
  2. SunScape Marketing Campaign
    1. Problem:  SunScape Window Film dealers requested marketing materials targeting customers of furniture stores, glass companies, window treatment centers, interior designers, and direct marketing materials homeowners.
    2. Solution 1 – In-store marketing materials:  We developed a marketing program that was shipped to dealers in a handy tote which included wall displays, counter displays, brochures, and sales support materials allowing SunScape Select to stay in front of their target customers.
    3. Solution 2 – Direct mail marketing materials for homeowners:  Three postcards were designed targeting the three main concerns of homeowners regarding window film; the fading effects of the sun, energy savings, and UV protection. We partnered with New England’s foremost on-demand print house and delivered a cost-effective solution to customizing the postcards.
    4. Solution 3 – Sales Tool:  We created a free-standing tab flip chart and an interactive flip chart DVD which allowed users to easily review the benefits and ease-of-use that SunScape Select Window Films offer
  3. Develop corporate website for Madico and SunScape
    1. Problem 1 – Madico’s Website:  Madico’s corporate website needed to be brought up-to-brand in order to be consistent with the existing brand developed by Allin.
    2. Solution:  Not only did we produce a web site that was easier to navigate, we added Media Center and Industry Resources sections to make it more valuable to their dealers and distributors
    3. Problem 2 – SunScape’s lack of presence on the web:  After years of producing print collateral SunScape Select decided it was time to begin e-marketing.
    4. Solution:  We modeled the website to convey the same high-end design and sense of professionalism as existing print collateral
  4. Madico Tradeshows
    1. Problem:  With Madico doing 2-to-5 tradeshows per year, it was quickly becoming apparent that they needed a cost-effective and re-usable trade booth that could be easily updated to reflect each divisions benefits.
    2. Solution:  We worked closely with Madico’s trade booth vendor to maximize the efficiency of the solution – a four panel display with one section that can be customized to that divisions specialty and 3 floating panels for specific bullet points that can be replaced at a low-cost
  5. Dealer Print-on-Demand Program
    1. Problem:  Madico’s dealers needed a cost-efficient way to send direct mail to potential customers on their targeted mailing lists.
    2. Solution:  We partnered with New England’s foremost on-demand print house and delivered cost-effective, Madico branded, postcards that allowed dealers to customize messaging and print any quantity they wanted at a locked-in cost.
