SharePoint is a platform for building business solutions more so then it is a product with a finite set of features. While organizations will vary in the specific solutions they build, the problems the solutions aim to solve tend to be similar in organizations with similar SharePoint adoption, usage and maturity levels.  We recognize these patterns and offer consulting engagements, programs and implementation services designed to help Clients build solutions appropriate for their environment given maturity levels and goals.

Plan and Incubate

During the planning stage we work with our clients to build a roadmap that defines objectives, success metrics and required team roles to ensure execution against plan. This is a fundamental step in validating SharePoint is indeed a wise investment.

Once the environment is built and ready, we provide support and guidance as a trusted advisor while our clients learn out of the box capabilities of the platform, how to build early stage solutions in their organizations and how to garner user adoption.

Extend

Organizations that experience healthy user adoption in the early implementation stage will often begin to look towards rolling the platform out to a larger part of the organization and at ways to integrate with line of business systems already in place.  In the phase of maturity, custom code solutions, advanced workflows and social community development often become the focus.

Maintain

Mature SharePoint environments have widespread adoption in the organization.  Operationally the team has developed specialized skill-sets to support the environment and needs typically revolve around production support issues, infrastructure upkeep and project team augmentation.

Our SharePoint team of Architects, Administrators and Developers has worked supporting large deployments for the enterprise and has an understanding of operations in such an environment. They implement best practices drawn from experience on hundreds of implementations and build out solutions that effectively leverage SharePoint’s native capabilities. In addition, they are available to help clients work through discrete technical, operational and strategic challenges.
