Our SharePoint Environment Health Check Program consists of several assessments and facilitated sessions that have been designed to address common pains organizations encounter as a SharePoint platform grows from incubation to a maturation. Furthermore, they have been constructed in a way that Clients can get short-term help and advice in targeted areas without committing to larger implementations.
The program has three objectives:
- Teach business leaders and end users how to think about SharePoint as a platform for building collaboration and communication solutions. And, to do this in a way that enables them to create new solutions that solve for future needs.
- Work to ensure the stability and effectiveness of critical operating structures as the platform matures such as help desk, entitlement practices, security and audit needs, mobile considerations, disaster recovery and archiving strategies.
- Help to make SharePoint a useful component of an overall enterprise technology strategy working within the existing technology landscape.
The program assessments and session topics are intended to frame the areas where most challenges arise and where our resources can help. In some cases, our clients utilize their Support Assurance Program hours to retain access to consulting covered in these sessions and tailored to their specific needs.
Deliverables typically include extensive documentation or research, discussions, findings, mitigation plans and routine check-ups to track progress.
