We have combined our SharePoint expertise with our internal recruiting methodologies to assist organizations with SharePoint hiring and team building initiatives.   While we don’t place candidates directly, we do separate the wheat from the chaff in your candidate pool while providing a methodology for use on future hires.

Screening Techniques

We have found the most success in our internal recruiting process by looking at cognitive and problem solving test scores in conjunction with personality profiles.  In addition, we create a matrix of primary and secondary functions, skills needed, behaviors to look for, desired attitudes and questions that gather data evidencing whether the candidate meets the criteria or not. 

Technical Skills Assessment

Our internal recruiting methods break the SharePoint technology into several specific roles with defined skill sets and capabilities.  For each of these we have a series of questions and ratings to understand the candidates’ proficiencies and prior experience.

Interviews and Phone Screens

Our consultants partake in face to face and phone interviews as a member of your internal recruiting team, as needed, demonstrating how to use the Technical Skills Assessment and Screening Techniques and reinforcing the process
